The Concierge works directly with the StyleSmith CEO in a right-hand capacity. This is a growth position that offers two (2) tracks: Community Organizer or Property Manager.

GOALS FOR THE CONCIERGE:
Top tier responsibility is assisting the StyleSmith Studio CEO
Efficiently runs the day-to-day operations of StyleSmith Studio
Serves as the intermediary between StyleSmith Studio CEO and contractors and support personnel
Participates in the marketing of StyleSmith Studio properties; activities tbd
Directly assists the CEO in day-to-day, long-term, and special projects
May grow into the Property Manager or Community Manager
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Runs the airbnb platform
Interacts with AirBnb and co-working guests at the D6 property
Attends to AirBnb guests to ensure they are comfortable and to gather customer research
Conducts surveys and follow ups with guests to gather actionable content that will help SS improve
Makes templates for Airbnb messages upon arrival and departure
Helps create and maintain contracts for corporations who rent the D6 outside of Airbnb
Oversees cleaners, repair and maintenance people for the D6 property; ensures the grounds and property are clean and running efficiently
MARKETING
Creates a list of corporate contracts (Carvanna, Costco, movie production team, thunder guests) with contact info and all particulars that we need to know
Works with Marketing, pr, recruitment, branding - that generate more subscriptions and/or interest in the facility
Researches VRBO as an additional source of revenue
Contributes to social media and events as needed. Provides marketing assets to the creative team for use in video, print collateral, website, and social media campaigns
CEO ASSISTANT
Maintains CEO G-Suite and documents
Maintains image files & image library
Schedules meetings (include agendas and goals for the meeting)
Represents CEO when needed
OPERATIONS
Pays monthly bills associated with all StyleSmith Studio businesses and properties
Ensures all properties are serviced and permits are maintained
Participates in special projects as needed
TECHNICAL
Manages Dropbox
Works with creative on any large-scale updates
Makes content updates and adjustments to live website pages
REQUIREMENTS

The Travelish Property Superintendent ensures the D6 Studios & Stays Airbnb is maintained and running smoothly.
GOALS FOR THE PROPERTY SUPERINTENDENT:
Efficiently executes the day-to-day maintenance of the D6 Studios & Stays property: before and after assessment of units for cleanliness, inventory, and operational integrity; biweekly maintenance of grounds (plants watered, spot weeding as needed, trash removal as needed, scheduling lawn service); set up rooms for occupancy in a way that invites repeat bookings; maintains order, cleanliness, and supplies in the laundry room in a manner that there is a seamless experience going from a unit to the laundry room.
Serves as the eyes and ears of the property in the absence of the CEO, reporting status in the appropriate urgency

The Bookkeeper keeps StyleSmith Studio and Travelish accounts up-to-date and communicates status at regular intervals with the StyleSmith Studio CEO.
There are 4 LLC’s and several business partners who make up the portfolio of StyleSmith and Travelish properties.
EXPECTATIONS FOR THE BOOKKEEPER:
Understand client expectations and deliver accordingly
Coordinate the billing process
Set strategy for upcoming expenses
Understand Airbnb, short term rentals, and how construction jobs bill
Communicate weekly priorities and status
Accomplishes the following projects within the first 30 days of engagement:
PROJECT 1
Set up StyleSmith Studio and Travelish accounting system from scratch.
PROJECT 2
Transition StyleSmith Studio’s accounts from the current bookkeeper and set up in a new system. The new consultant would wrap things up as much as possible with the current bookkeeper, assess problems, and set up a new system accordingly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monthly, quarterly, and year end P&L statements delivered the first week of the next month or quarter
Pay sales taxPay payroll (S3)
Advise quarterly taxes for each business
Coordinate and attend monthly meetings to set strategy, communicate status
Ensure business and bank accounts are all properly set up and operational
Collect receipts and invoices, consistently upload in dext, files in dropbox
Oversee contributions with partners on a monthly basis
This is a contract position billed monthly with detail of work done on each invoice; negotiated monthly rate, 30 day turn around for billing. This position is remote.

The marketing intern helps us establish our research processes and feedback loops, set up our CRM, plan several events, builds our social media presence, develops sponsorship opportunities, and collaborates with our creative team to deliver great experiences to our clients. This is a learning position—one that builds your marketing capabilities by working on real-world projects and solving real-world marketing problems.

ABOUT YOU:
You’re a marketing student in your last year of school or recent grad (within a year of graduation) who is eager to learn more about marketing, from strategy through to design output (you won’t be designing, you’ll be collaborating with designers who will design). Through StyleSmith Studio projects, you’ll gain a strong operational perspective while strengthening your strategic skills, and enjoy a variety of collaborations between design, leadership, and your fellow interns. You’re hungry to get involved and get your hands dirty by creating compelling programs that achieve real-world results.
ABOUT THE SKILLS REQUIRED:
Developing tools and methods for collecting data (surveys, opinion polls, questionnaires)
Collecting and analyzing data to identify customer needs
Preparing marketing proposals and presentations (content only) based on company needs
Able to find practical solutions to marketing problems
Driving, monitoring, and managing social media platforms (Instagram & Linkedin), adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Basic understanding of how CRM’s work; research as needed
Creativity and imagination to plan events and collaborate with design on wayfinding, swag, and other event materials as needed
Basic understanding of SEO, and using analytics as a research tool to better understand marketing effectiveness

There is a heavy emphasis on integrating with the design team

Our marketing internship is a learning position that gives you a range of marketing projects to grow your marketing practice. We aim to provide you with awesome real-world experience and mentoring, and give you plenty of opportunities to develop collaborative skills that facilitate an efficient, fun, and impactful work environment. Consider this internship as finishing school to your academic career.
This is a contract position paid hourly at $15/hr. This position can be remote but local to OKC is preferred.
